The paths you have taken in your life and the biases you have accumulated along the way are unique to you.

The current allocation of your investment portfolio may often reflect this truth.

But is it the right portfolio for you?

What assets do you have and why do you have them?

The purpose of our investment analysis process is to work with you to structure a portfolio that aligns with you goals. While our model portfolios are designed to maximize after-tax expected returns at various levels of market exposure, many of our clients have customized allocations due to any number of reasons.

Unrealized Gains.

If you have been investing for a long period of time, it is likely that your current holdings have embedded gains do to the significant market appreciation since the financial crisis (and prior).

Business Ownership.

Successful stewardship of a business will often create an over-exposure for the owners to the factors that drive the performance of that business.

Company Incentives.

Employees are often compensated with or incentivized to purchase their company stock options or shares on a regular basis with vesting schedules often attached.

We work with clients to build custom diversified portfolios that take these factors, as well as many others, into account while developing a plan to move toward the recommended allocation for the client over time.
